Cartown Ice Cream, Taco and Milk Trucks

Most of the players of cartown want a Taco, Ice Cream, or Milk truck which can only be found by claiming it off someones wall. If you have a good amount of friends who play cartown chances are the truck will be claimed in less than 10 seconds since there are some people who sit refreshing the page waiting for the truck to come. The only downside is that when you find a truck, you can’t claim it only a friend can. The truck event usually occurs after your account is 5 days old. I think you have to login each day too. *You get to post a truck every 5 days! I just saw my friend post another truck, today is Aug. 11th, 2010, his last truck was posted on Aug. 6th, 2010. This should be great since now more people will post trucks.

When you login, a Red ! will be present in your top left corner next to your level. Once you click it, it brings you to a truck which is down the street and once you click on that you can post it on the wall.

Office 2010 free upgrade

Since I bought microsoft office 2007 ultimate a week ago, I can upgrade to the professional version of 2010 for free. Before the tech guarantee page only showed an email reminder page but today when I looked at it, it had a button that said UPGRADE NOW and when I click it it brings me to a login popup.

I have to say it is much better than Appulous it only takes about 20 seconds to load for me unlike Appulous takes about 1-2 minutes and the search is much faster. I think taking out much of the unneeded items surely made it faster. They now have more download links and AJAXED page so that it seems that it is faster getting to the downloads page with all the downloads. All the downloads is better since people can choose which one they get just incase there are dead links or slow links like Appscene (2kb a second) can choose mediafire. Like I said before I will purchase appscene premium but if it is like this for free users then I am not sure. But I love how the new apptrakr when a link doesn’t work you can go back unlike appulous where you have to go back to the homepage and type it again. I will post more on this after more usage.
